TERMS AND CONDITIONS For in-stock items, orders are shipped the next business day after payment is received. In the case of payment by check, orders are shipped the next business day after the check clears the bank. For out-of-stock items, orders are shipped within five business days if the materials required to build the items are on hand, unless notified otherwise. If an order cannot be shipped within five business days, you will be contacted by email with an estimated shipping date and to reconfirm the order.

Orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.Items cam be insured at the option of the purchaser. Shipping cost is based on package weight and destination. Illinois residents add 8.75% sales tax.

Returned items must be in new condition without any signs of use or wear, such as a broken or stressed spine, or marked, torn or folded pages. Once the books are verified to be in new, resalable condition, the total purchase price (including state sales tax, if paid) will be sent to the pruchaser by U.S. mail. Shipping and insurance charges will not be refunded.
